saubere Wohneinheit und freundlicher deutschsprachiger Empfang. An der Grundausstattung könnte noch etwas gearbeitet werden. Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage mit tiefergelegten Fahrzeugen etwas bedenklich.... die Strasse zwischen Unterkunft und See ist sehr frequentiert und laut. dafür sehr schöne Aussicht und nur 5 gehminuten zum Badestrand

Our stay in Appartementi Palafitte was perfect. The appartment is very spacious and the view from the appartement over the lake is 'perfecto'. The host fixed all the windows, so with the windows closed, there is no noice disturbance from the road next to the appartment anymore. Make sure that you bring a fan though, because with the windows closed it can get a little warm. The host, C., is very sweet and helpful. Grazie Corrado! We would recommend this place.

Krásné místo s výhledem na jezero,plne vybavený apartmán,kolárna,kryté parkovište. Pan domácí velmi ochotný,milý,domluvili jsme se na všem. V blízkosti spousta pizzerií,baru,obchod. Vhodné na turistiku,kola,v léte koupání

Mooie omgeving, prima verblijf en vriendelijke eigenaar! Alleen de gasprijs van € 7m3 kan echt niet. Thuis betaal ik € 1,20 per m3. Verdienen aan gas of toeristenbelasting is not done en niet respectvol naar je klanten.

A picturesque view from the hotel and elsewhere round the lake. Pleasant host and warm welcoming . Enjoyed these peaceful surroundings a lot. The apartment was spacious for two persons - and very tidy . Only the car noise disturbed a bit in the night, but we got use to that. Took an ebiketrip to Lake Garda, mostly recommendable to everybody ???. Would surely like to come back one day!

Obiekt Residence Palafitte pozytywnie mnie zaskoczyl. Na minus jedynie bliskosc ulicy i zwiazany z tym halas, o czym mozna bylo przeczytac w opiniach o obiekcie zapisanych przez poprzednich wynajmujacych. Na plus: dobra cena, zgodnosc z oferta, garaz podziemny, winda, bliskosc jeziora, dostepnosc map dla kazdej aktywnosci (rower, treking, itp) bezpieczne pomieszczenie na rowery i bardzo, bardzo uprzejmy, sympatyczny i pomocny Wlasciciel, P. C. Polecam!

Die Betten waren gut,die Strasse sehr dicht an den Erdgeschossterrassen,die Beleuchtung im Wohnraum ungemütlich(Wandlampen sehr hoch angebracht).Das Bad funktionell und sauber(Rest der Wohnung auch),der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfbereit.Tiefgaragenstellplatz für Pkw.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Residence Palafitte und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist schön, groß, sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Ubytování odpovídající, garáž pod domem, výtah z garáže, možnost uskladnení kol, pláž 200m. Jediné velké mínus je hlavní silnice prímo pod okny, kde je velký provoz už v 6h ráno.

Very nice place and very friendly owner/manager. Perfect, among others, for outdoor activities (esp. hiking/cycling around Ledro lake, mountains nearby, Garda lake, ...) and some visits in the nearby cities/ villages Nice to have a Trentino guest card offered for some free museum access, free bus rides ... Very good overall value for money, we found
