La casa es bonita pero necesita una reforma urgente . La cocina está para cambiar sus electrodomésticos, la nevera enfría poco y tuvimos que tirar a la basura mucha comida que se estropeó, los fogones están en mal estado y apenas sale gas, por lo que no se puede cocinar prácticamente, ya que tardas media mañana en hacerlo. Por último, solo hay aire acondicionado en un dormitorio. En el salón hace un calor tremendo y no se puede estar. Answer from Interhome Thank you for sharing your experience at this holiday home. Please notify the keyholder for any problems faced during the stay, so that solutions are provided on the spot. Having said that, the owner replaced the stove since being made aware of the issue. The fridge had also been checked and found to be working well, it is important to note not to fill it to the top with newly bought items so as to allow effective functionality. The owner has also thoughtfully added some decorations and light fittings to refresh and brighten the place.

The apartment is very tired and could benefit from a complete overhaul. The shower just inside the main entrance is very poor, not only is it obstructed by the washing machine the door does open properly and when using the shower the curtain falls down due to the fact that it is not secured and water spills out everywhere requiring the user to use a boat when exiting, the shower room also smells of rotting wood. One of the windows needs replacing, Overall VERY POOR !!!!! Answer from Interhome Thank yo ufor the feedback. We are sorry that the apartment did not meet your satisfaction. We have adjusted the curtain to ensure it does not fall. Smell has been checked and the cleaning team informed to leave the apartment ventilated with open windows before guest arrival.

Very spacious but needs updating. Pro: Spending time in Javea. The apartment was too hot and dark Contra: The 32 spiral steps which are not mentioned - very difficult with luggage. Air conditioning only in one bedroom. Shower cubicle far too small. No change of bedding. No street lighting. Temperamental key on front door which was reported. We did get a call back but nothing further.

El apartamento está bien aunque podría mejoran en estos aspectos : Poca luz en toda la casa , sobre todo en el salón . Los fogones de la cocina no funcionan bien , tardando mucho en poder calentar algo . Solo tiene aire acondicionando en una de las habitaciones Answer from Interhome Thank you for the feedback and suggestions about lighting. A technician have checked the functionality of the stovetops and found only one out of 6 having a weaker strength due to age. In any case the rest work very well, so there should be enough for multiple cooking at any given time.

Het begon met een dooie vogel in de woonkamer. Meubilair was slecht Pro: Bed was ok. Keuken ok. Zwembad ok. Eigen parkeerplaats. Dichtbij supermarkt en strand. Contra: Slecht tot niet ingericht. Doorgezakte banken. Keuken spullen waren niet echt heel goed. Moest veel trappen op. Eerste twee dagen veel geklus en geboor naast ons dus niet echt rustig. Het bubbelbad was afgebeeld stond op de foto werkte niet. Te weinig warm water in de bouiler om het bad te vullen. Gasfornuis was oud en heel zwak gas.

magnifique résidence au calme mais pas trop éloigné de la plage 1.5 km 25mn a pied .bien exposé appartement traversant permet de faire des courant d air le soir en ouvrant des 2 deux cotés literie très confortable bon matelas seul petit bémol appartement un peut sombre éclairage faible mais sinon très satisfait de mon séjour

Plusieurs réclamations faites a interhome car nous n avons pas eu de kit menager, fenetre de la salle de bain bloquée pas d allumettes pour la gaziniere au moment ou le samedi soir nous avons voulu cuisiner nous avons été obligé d aller manger dehors, cafetiere entartrée et tombée en panne au bout de 3 jours bouilloire complètement entartrée qui donnait au thé et café etrange.. Bref service et aide d interhome a revoir au prix de la location c est tres décevant

La casa es tal cual se describe en el anuncio, zona tranquila, vecinos tranquilos y agradables, piscina, relativamente cerca de la playa, casa bien decorada y equipada

Únicamente tiene aire acondicionado en una habitación del apartamento, esto ha hecho que hayamos pasado un calor insoportable éstos días de vacaciones. Answer from Interhome Thanks for your feedback.
