Me and my friend stayed for 1 night, Dave was a perfect host, walked down to meet and then walked us to the tram stop. Apartment was beautiful modern and very clean. Brilliant location too, very easy 2 minute walk to tram stop then £3 return to get to center of Manchester. We could not fault anything about Dave or the apartment. We were very very happy with our stay and will definitely be back again!!!

So meine erste Bewertung die ich hier abgebe. Es hat alles super geklappt. Dave ist ein ervorragender Gastgeber und sehr freundlich. Seine Wohnung ist sauberer als manche offiziellen Unterkünfte ... respekt ... ich kann ja selbst nicht eine so gute Ordnung bei mir zu Hause halten ;) Englisch Version: So thats my first rating that i do at this portal. Everything worked out great. Dave is an excellent host and he is very friendly. His apartment is cleaner than some official accommodation ... respect from me ... I can not even keep such a good order at my house ;) (Hope my English was not too bad)

My first experience of homestay is memorable and lovely. Dave is a fantastic host and he even took time to pick me from the trams station which is only a 3 minutes walk from his apartment. Dave's apartment is neat, tidy and nice. The room is perfect for one. Dave also made a lovely English breakfast although he was pressed for time to go to work. WiFi is also available. I shall definitely return sometimes in the future.

Great location. it's near the city centre by tram or you can get there even just walking. Dave is very nice and always ready to help you. Loved the apartment too. I'll miss it. F.
