Vos hôtes Jeanette et Grant Davidson, sont des résidents de long temps de ville inférieure de Hutt, nous avons une connaissance très bonne de la région de Wellington et du Wairarapa que nous aimons partager avec des invités. Nous avons voyagé intensivement et apprécié quelques expériences fantastiques, nous visons à nous assurer que nos invités ont un séjour merveilleux et mémorable avec nous. Nous sommes situés au coeur de Hutt inférieure approximativement 20 minutes au nord de Wellington CBD. Nous sommes 5-7 confortable une promenade minute de centre de la ville inférieur de Hutt et 5-7 confortable une promenade minute dans la direction opposée à la station de train de Waterloo qui a un lien direct à la ville de Westpac Stadium (événements) et de Wellington (le voyage de train dans Wellington prend environ 15-20 minutes et arrête droit en dehors du stade). La station de train de Wellington est à côté du beau secteur de bord de mer avec beaucoup de restaurants, de barres et d'activités. Nous avons une belle maison dans un emplacement très gentil. Nos invités apprécient l'utilisation exclusive d'en haut comprenant ; chambre à coucher avec le lit de taille de reine, le salon - comportant 50" TV avec le plein ciel (football vivant y compris d'EPL) et de pli le canapé-lit s'il y a lieu. Posséder la salle de bains avec la douche et le bain, et un petit recoin d'étude. Wi-Fi libre aussi disponible. Le recoin a un petit réfrigérateur (avec de l'eau en bouteille et le lait complémentaires) qui peut être employé pour stocker des boissons, la nourriture etc. Il y a une cour arrière privée pour que les invités apprécient à leurs loisirs.

Immaculate and comfortable with own separate bathroom, and tv lounge. Small fridge, electric jug and dishes were adequate for me. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Grant and Jeanette were more than welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. They contacted me several times before my stay to get an idea of what I would enjoy doing in New Zealand. They were thoughtful and caring people who went the extra mile in making my experience fantastic! They showed me around the local area and gave tips for exploring other places. They even picked me up from the airport and took me to the train station. My stay was a pleasant one with many fond memories. Thank you Grant and Jeanette.

It was a joy to arrive at such spacious and immaculate accommodation, where our hosts had paid such attention to detail and provided everything we could possibly need during our stay, including delicious breakfasts, heating and cooling, and a very comfy bed. A quiet and peaceful location which was central to shops, a train station and great cafes. Jeanette and Grant were incredibly welcoming and accomodating and were helpful when we approached them for local knowledge. We thoroughly enjoyed our friendly chats. Everything was simply perfect - many thanks Jeanette and Grant. x

Grant and Jeanette are amazing hosts. Myself and a friend stayed with them for 5 1/2 months while we student taught in New Zealand. We had our own space upstairs including two rooms, a bathroom and a spot for our food which also had a mini fridge and microwave. Their home is overall beautiful, very welcoming and in a great area. Their place is located near the train station, so you can easily make your way into Wellington. Since we were so far away from home, they did a great job welcoming us in and making us feel like we had a home away from home. We enjoyed sitting down and getting to know Grant and Jeanette, they are very easy to get along with. Also, Grant and Jeanette have traveling experience and they know the ins and outs of New Zealand. They were always willing to provide us with tips and ideas when it came to traveling. We would recommend their place to anyone who will be staying in the Lower Hutt area and hopefully in the future we are able to come back and visit.

It was a marvelous time with Jeanette and Grant, they are absolutely great. They are friendly and helpful and really create home away from home. House itself is beautiful, guests have whole storey just for them. If you don't know what to do or where to go, they can always give you an advise. It's very safe, even for a young women travelling alone. I'm very glad that I had a chance to meet them.

Grant and Jeanette are great hosts, They provided a lovely peaceful place to stay, spacious rooms, very clean and modern. Close proximity to Queensgate Mall and to Waterloo train station both only short walking distance away.

Grant & Jeanette are a fabulous couple their B&B is very clean and tidy.They are very welcoming and have thought of all the little extra's to make your stay enjoyable.No street noise at all I would definitely stay there again if i'm down that way. If there is anything to improve on maybe with summer coming the only suggestion I would have is blinds/curtains to keep out the early light.
