Je vis dans un appartement de 2 chambres à coucher et de 2 salles de bains à Brooklyn qui est localisé 1 bloc du souterrain et du transport en commun. Le secteur est très sûr et l'appartement est superbe nettoient à tout moment, une partie de la maison est utilisation pour mes affaires que je m'occupe des enfants 5 jours par semaine. Mes affaires sont nullement affecteront le confort et commode de votre séjour, et l'emplacement de la salle qui est occupée est situé à partir de mes affaires. La salle a un petits réfrigérateur et Tableau et chaise de climatisation. Tous les dommages faits aux meubles dans la chambre ou dommages à n'importe quels untensils vous serez responsable pour l'acheter et remplacer, tout l'invité a l'accès total à la cuisine entre les heures de (7h du matin - 8h du matin) pendant le matin, et (18h - 20h) la nuit, quand la préparation de finition d'invité sa des repas satisfont nettoyez et cuisine rangée et mettez loin tous les ustensiles dans leur ordre de perspective. (L'invité doit employer la SALLE DE BAINS entre les heures de (7h du matin - 7h45 du matin) (8h du matin - 17h) la salle de bains est en service pour pour les enfants dans lesquels fait partie de mes affaires. Après 18h la SALLE DE BAINS est disponible pour votre commodité, changement des literies est faite chaque semaine et non toutes les deux semaines, tous les déchets doivent être disposés et ne pas être stockés pendant des jours. Avant dès l'arrivée tous les argents doivent être payés entièrement pour utiliser la salle et vous donné les clés pour votre usage. Je suis localisé 10 à 15 minutes de tout, un bon nombre de parc guidé de perspective est de 10 minutes marchent de mon Central Park à la maison et la statue de la liberté est de 20 minutes loin par chemin de fer, pendant l'été c'est beau et un bon nombre de choses d'amusement pour faire, et abondance de l'hospitalité à partager. Vous êtes toujours bienvenu pour rester à ma maison. Toutes les questions ou préoccupations pendant votre séjour, portent svp à ma connaissance et je ferai mon meilleur pour le résoudre. Stayed for about 2.5 months and Maggie was very helpful and kind throughout my stay. The location was very convenient near the subway and the room was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

I'll start by thanking homestay for linking me up with this wonderful woman and this beautiful home. Margaret was more than a host. In fact, I ended up calling her Mum because of her very caring and loving nature. She was very supportive, dynamic and enterprising, and never relented assisting me even in my private projects and initiatives. She was available, attentive and meticulous. She understood my worries even before I could tell her, and handled them passionately. I'll say thank you! Her home is clean and beautiful and closer to the train station. Her room is neat and spacious with a Kingsize bed - Exactly what is advertised. I enjoyed every bit. I'll definitely recommend this to anyone. Thank you Homestay, Thank you Margaret; YOU MADE MY STAY.

Very good host. She's a kind, warm hearted and cheerful woman. She also invited me to go to Florida on vacation with them, and I had very good time. She always worries about me not only as a guest but also just like a friend. My staying in NY and Florida is unforgettable experience. When I come back to NY, I want to stay with her again. Thank you so much and I really appreciate your kindness.

Margaret was an amazing host. She was very frindly, super helpful and kind. When it comes to the accommodation.... the apartment was only one block away from the subway station. My room was completely organized and extremely cleaned. I definetely had a great time at margaret's heads down. Caio Oliveira.

Hi!! My experience in Margaret's house was fine. I like it and it was really clean. A thing that I always care in everywhere where I go. Margaret always was nice with me, so politly and correct and so friendly. The area where is the house is really good, no problem. And the bed was really confortable with a very big room. So good. But there were few things that left in my staying. In the description of the room she put all what she suppostly have for the guest, but three of them I didn't have, there were: 1. I should had breakfast include it, which in the first momment when I arrived she told that she couldn't prepare me or have it from her, so I had to buy me my breakfast; 2. The room hadn't got air conditioning. In the all house there are two air conditionings and were in the living room and their room. But not in the guest-room liked she detailed in the description. When I asked her about this, it was evidence that I wouldn't have because there wasn't any installation for it, she let me a powerfull fan that I could have a better stay in those momments for resting in the room; and 3. the bathroom wasn't only for the guest, it was for everybody who were going to the house, like her workmate (Margarets works in her home, a day care for children), and all the kids were going there. And once again, who only had and own bathroom were the owners of the house. So, this wasn't so truth at all in the description of the room. Is a good place, is nothing horrible but yes is truth that if you would like to spend there many days our months, I won't recommend it, because you can't use as you want the kitchen. Just the microwave and a little space in the fridge. So, at the end, when I thought that the price was really good I realized that it was expensive when I couldn't have all the conditions in my room and my stay in the house. I have to say, that is not my first time staying in a home and renting a room and I know how it goes.

Margaret 's home is really clear and quiet. Margaret and his husband are very easygoing person. They're very nice and like to communicate with others. The location is close to the subway, so it is very convenient.

I stayed with Maggie and Nick for more or less 2 month and everything was good. The area is safe and very convenient. There are two subway stations close by and it will take you about 30 minutes to get to the city depending on where exactly you're going. The room itself is big and you have everything you need. Maggie and Nick are very friendly and they even invited me to their wedding which was a very special and unique experience for me.
