My home is a semi-detached house about 12 minutes walk from the train station. The area is also well served with buses. We are five minutes walk from the beach and also close to shops. There are public bikes at the end of the road. The house is small, comfortable, bright and quiet. I have two rooms. ROOM 1 (1 full-time female, post grad, student or professional) ihas a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table and is available for the academic year/up to 9 months depending on start date. ROOM 2 is small and is available for shorter stays in June and July only. It contains a bed, wardrobe, small set of drawers, some shelving and a fold up table and chair. Both rooms are bright and get morning sun.
