The apartment is at the back with a wide view, has 2 bedrooms, living room with dining table and 6 chairs, guest and service bathroom, area with washing machine, kitchen and pantry. The room advertised exclusively for 1 person (woman) is spacious and well ventilated, with a queen bed (Ortobom mattress), wi-fi, window air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers that can be used as a work or study table. Areas shared with the hostess: living room with TV, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area with washing machine. I live alone in the apartment. We will only be 2 people. I will check you in myself. Note; I also speak English, French, Spanish and German. Payment method: Advance 25% of total payment. Once the online reservation is confirmed, the data will be sent to complete the payment.
