I live in a townhouse with my daughter and mother quiet neighborhood and accessible to everything bus infront of the house. I've been hosting international students since 2017 and I love it. Treat them like my own family I work at university of Toronto and teach my student English when they need help. My place has two bathroom one for my family and one for the guest. I have one spacious bedroom available.
