Hello, My name is Monica and I am a journalist. I rent a double room, very bright and with a dressing room, in the Parque de Atenas area, four streets from La Latina. It is a very nice apartment, with a 20 meter terrace that overlooks the Almudena Cathedral. The room that is rented is the one that appears 1st in the photos, with pink sheets. It is furnished (bed, shelves, table) but with the possibility of giving each one's personal touch. Besides there is a bathroom, living room, kitchen and a covered clothesline. It is a very bright sixth, all exterior, with elevator, air conditioning and heating. I am looking for a neat roommate, used to sharing, clean and ideally with good character and good vibes. I rent for both medium and long stay. A greeting!
