3min walk from the sea, 7min from the old medina including the famous district of Oudayas, 10min from downtown, I live in a nice apartment on the 2nd floor in a residence with lift. I propose a single room with balcony and cupboard. You will have the living room, the kitchen, a bathroom with shower and underground parking (remote controlled door) and wifi. all the conveniences are gathered in my district: means of transport (tram, bus, taxi), trade, restaurants, snacks, cafes, market, banks, hammam ...
