PRICE: €1300/MONTH

CONDITIONS-Minimum stay: 2 months-Deposit: Depending on the length of your stay. The minimum deposit is 1 month. The maximum deposit is 2 months.-To confirm your reservation, you must pay one month`s rent.-One week before your arrival, you must pay the deposit.-All guests must be registered with an identity document.-A rental contract will be signed online.-You must provide a document that justifies the temporary nature of the contract (work contract, course enrollment, Erasmus certificate, etc.).

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE-Wifi included

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE-Electricity, water, and gas supplies are not included. These will be deducted from the deposit, along with any damages, once we have received all utility bills (45 days after check-out).-End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price: €80.

TO KEEP IN MIND-During the rental period, we cannot prorate monthly payments. If you leave or reserve the apartment before the end of the month, the full month`s rent will be charged.-Uncivil behavior or causing disturbances to neighbors, as well as accommodating more people than allowed by the contract, will be grounds for immediate expulsion without the right to a refund.-Our apartments have noise meters and a night guard.-The dryer is in a common area within the building (fifth floor without an elevator).
