LOCATION
The farm geographically lies between Pisa and Volterra, in a marvellous area rich in history and culture, less than an hour from Pisa International airport.
It’s a tranquil area, dotted with farms, vineyards, and olive groves, where the air is fresh and the locals are hard-working and friendly. The village is quite small and not one of the main towns in this area, however, it does have some basic services. Within a short distance, a 10-minute drive away, you can reach the nearest supermarket.

The estate also includes 15 hectares of land, of which 2.5 hectares are vineyards. The oldest vineyard, at 50 years old, consists of Canaiolo grapes. The others, averaging 30-35 years old, are predominantly Sangiovese with smaller quantities of Vermentino, Ciliegiolo, and Malvasia Nera—traditional Tuscan grape varieties.

Access to the farmhouse is via a paved road up to the property entrance. The entrance isn’t gated, but it marks the start of a well-maintained unpaved road that leads directly to the house. The road is approximately 200 metres long.

There is plenty of parking space available, including under the large canopy of the tree in front of the house! It provides a natural shelter perfect for protecting cars during the hot Tuscan summers!
