This house is a fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in beautiful Lauderdale by the Sea, right off of A1A. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It is newly furnished with a 'House at the Beach' theme. We have a screened in patio with a hot tub in it and a fenced in lawn with pool. All new appliances with washer & dryer. We also have an extra refrigerator, beach chairs, bikes and a wagon to pull your things to the beach. We have a stroller, toys and portable bed for little ones. I have rented this house for three consecutive years and maintain it personally, it is immaculate and is constantly updated.
