On the fourth floor of a fine old building (62 steps - no lift), Casa Ilaria is a bright newly restored apartment.
It consists of a living/dining room with tv; a well equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine); one double bedroom; one single bedroom and one shower bathroom. Fan and hair drier at the guests disposal.

There are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity and the famous Piazza del Campo is just few metres away. The picturesque Wednesdays’ market is walking distance - it’s a must for all visitors to Siena.

Taking a train or a bus from Siena it’s possible to visit many delights of Tuscany, including Firenze, San Gimignano, Pisa etc.

Private cars are not allowed into the city centre at any time. The streets are wonderfully peaceful.

Price are per apartment and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, final cleaning, central heating.
