The basement includes separate shower and WC and a storage room with clothes’ washer and freezer. In front of the entrance there is a porch (25 square meters) with an outdoor stone built table for 4 people. Just below the porch in a semi-basement level, there is an independent double guest room with a separate entrance, with a bathroom and shower, suitable for a couple (25 square meters).
